Here are some figures I picked up on my trip to the US.
I had to pick up 3 different guys so I can make my custom FHQ figure. All the figures are present....

My new project is mostly completed. The mods and assembly at least. some carving and paint work is still needed. But I have taken a hasblow Wild Bill head, haslow B.A.T.S. partial left arm, and from the knees down, and worked it al onto a G3 body. Though a MAJOR redesign I have retained a double knee joint on this figure. I had also, some time back, performed a chest thinning process on this body from a tutorial I read on here. Seeing as DML wants to do their own thing in this department...

I don't have pics of the process right now, but...

If you get a cheap knock off barbie made with softer cheaper plastic from the Dollar Store...

Lop off her head about shoulder height( this is so you have room to trim the neck to the desired length later)...

And after a babs head of choice is selected, trim the neck accordingly for size.

Shes kinda like my prototype figure since I've been customizing for several years but this is my first female 12 inch figure. If you notice the wig is not styled, trimmed...ect. Just picked this up in my local Wilkinsons store, 1/6 Triumph Bonneville made by NewRay, plastic + diecast semi model kit £15 a pop. Ideal for the recent HT Brando from The Wild One.
