Seeing as DML wants to do their own thing in this department...
I don't have pics of the process right now, but...
If you get a cheap knock off barbie made with softer cheaper plastic from the Dollar Store...
Lop off her head about shoulder height( this is so you have room to trim the neck to the desired length later)...
And after a babs head of choice is selected, trim the neck accordingly for size.
Now keep in mind the DML neck post is smooth, and so is the inside of the cheap plastic neck. So if you want tomake this a permanent neck stup I recommend sanding the DML neck post and inside the cheap neck with 180 grit paper and using...you guessed it...Future Glue.
